This aims to update the data base and develop a clearer understanding of the social and living conditions of households.This form is strictly limited to residents of Sidon registered in the civil records within the neighborhoods specified in the form, and who have not previously benefited from relief programs designated for residents coming from outside the city.Please ensure the utmost accuracy when entering the required information, particularly the name, number of family members, address, and phone number, as this will contribute to the accuracy of the data and facilitate follow-up when needed.Filling out this form is an organizational step aimed at ensuring the fair and comprehensive distribution of available assistance through the Operations Room.
