Sidon Municipality launches a security campaign to crack down on motorcycle violations and control traffic chaos in the city Sidon Municipality – Media Office

As part of maintaining the safety and security of citizens and preserving public order on the city's streets and facilities, Saida Municipality announces a campaign that the municipal police will carry out in coordination with the Internal Security Forces to crack down on all motorcycle violations and traffic offenses. The campaign will primarily focus on riding or parking motorcycles on sidewalks designated for pedestrians, around the 'municipal stadium' area reserved for pedestrians, and preventing dangerous stunts and the resulting noise that disturbs residents. Saida Municipality reminds all motorcycle owners and riders of the necessity to fully comply with traffic laws and applicable regulations. The municipality emphasizes that it will not tolerate any violations that endanger pedestrians or cause disturbances in residential neighborhoods and will work with security forces to issue immediate violation reports against offenders and impound motorcycles that are legally in violation.
