Sidon Municipality announces an update on performance indicators and the displacement situation in the approved shelter centers within the city for the period from March 2 to March 21, 2026. The documented statistical data shows a humanitarian reality that requires ongoing joint efforts, with the numbers and percentages as follows:

First: Number of displaced people and centers

- Number of shelter centers: 26 approved centers

- Total number of displaced people: 13,295

- Capacity surplus: centers recorded a surplus of 32.31%, reflecting the heavy pressure on the existing facilities.

Second: Coverage of basic needs

- Food needs (one meal only): coverage rate reached 90.63%

- Baby milk and diapers: coverage rate reached 83.15%

- Basic supplies: coverage rate reached 73.27%

Third: Urgent challenges

- Hygiene supplies: still the biggest challenge, with coverage not exceeding 34.95%, indicating the urgent need for relief organizations to intervene to ensure health safety within the centers.
