Launching the rodents and insects control campaign in partnership with Saida Municipality in the vicinity of the municipal stadium between Saida Municipality and MJ Services.

The Health Committee in Saida Municipality, headed by Dr. Tayseer Al-Zaatari, launched the first phase of the rodents, reptiles, and insects control campaign in the vicinity of the municipal stadium, in partnership and cooperation with MJ Services, represented by its owner, Mr. Nader Al-Masri.

This campaign aims to:

Preserve the public health of pedestrians and visitors of the municipal stadium by limiting the spread of rodents, reptiles, and insects.

Secure a safe and healthy environment for practicing all types of sports and recreational activities, ensuring the comfort of players, visitors, and workers.

Preserve the public facilities and infrastructure of the stadium and protect them from damages that may be caused by rodents and various pests.

Enhance prevention and public safety measures.

Prevent diseases and epidemics that may be transmitted via insects and rodents.

In the work and follow-up mechanism, this campaign is implemented in three phases extending over an initial three months, at a rate of once every month, provided that weekly periodic visits are organized by the Health Committee and MJ Services to evaluate the field reality of the mentioned area before moving to the next phase.

In public safety, it must be noted that the materials used in the spraying process on the ground, walls, and pathways to control reptiles and insects completely respect public safety and are not harmful to human health. As for the materials used for mice and rats control, they are distributed and planted between the rocks where rodents gather and exist, and in a way that they are out of reach of the stadium visitors, especially children.
