President’s Message

My dear citizens and beloved people of Saida,

I address you today with great pride and a deep sense of responsibility as the Mayor of Saida. Throughout history, our beloved city has been a beacon of civilization, culture, and resilience. Today, we stand at a pivotal moment, working together to shape Saida’s future as a modern, inclusive, and sustainable city, while preserving its authentic identity and rich heritage.

Over the past months, we have worked tirelessly to lay the foundations for the change we aspire to achieve. We have launched digital transformation initiatives to bring municipal services closer to our citizens, are developing environmental projects to protect our shores and improve waste management, and have supported the tourism sector to showcase Saida’s treasures to the world.

Looking ahead with determination, we are committed to implementing advanced infrastructure projects, including safer roads, expanded green spaces, and smart energy solutions. We are placing particular emphasis on investing in municipal properties through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) to generate sustainable revenues that will enhance services and stimulate economic growth. At the heart of our plans are Saida’s youth, whose energy, creativity, and innovation are vital to building the city’s future.

We firmly believe that active citizen participation is the cornerstone of progress, as true development is built on a genuine partnership between the municipality and its people. Our vision is clear: for Saida to be a vibrant, sustainable, and forward-looking city, one that creates opportunities for all while honoring its glorious past.
