Mohamed Mahmoud Dandachli

Architect

He graduated from the National School of Fine Arts in Paris and obtained the French State Diploma in Architecture. He founded his engineering and planning office in Sidon in 1978 and participated in designing dozens of projects in Lebanon and the Gulf. He worked as a university professor at Beirut Arab University and was elected President of the Association of Architects within the Order of Engineers and Architects in Beirut. He also represented Lebanon at the Arab Architects Organization in conferences held in Cairo, Tunis, Jordan, and Syria, and authored numerous articles and studies specializing in the fields of engineering and architecture. A defender of Sidon’s heritage and an active figure in community work, he offered his expertise to religious, social, and cultural institutions and took part in national arbitration and advisory committees in the fields of construction and urban planning.
