Youssef Edouard
Tohme is a member of the Municipal Council of Saida and the Head of the
Environment Committee. He also serves as a Data Processing Supervisor at Alfa Telecom
(MIC1), with extensive expertise in data management, digital transformation,
and operational efficiency.
Alongside his
professional role, he actively leads environmental and social initiatives in
Saida, focusing on sustainable urban development, coastal protection, waste
management, and community empowerment.
He has held previous
leadership positions with Caritas Lebanon and CRS, where he managed large-scale
emergency and development programs, in addition to long-standing roles in youth
and humanitarian organizations.
Tohme’s interests
lie in smart technologies, civic innovation, and youth mobilization, combining
technical expertise with community engagement to promote sustainable
development.
